It is amazing how may of those shows we imported into the UK. Of all of them, I only recognised one as British – The Prisoner.

This was awesome. I wish a TV network existed that would air these shows. I guess I need a time machine. Davy and Goliath put an unsuspected smile on my face.

I’m 52 & remember the great show’s of the 60s.
(Bradey Bunch was a little retarded?)
But on the whole I loved this tribute video.
(How could you forget Marcus Welby M.D?)
At least we have wonderful memories of television past.
I use to have a crush on Gomez on Adam’s Family as a kid, but as I grew older? I only went out w/guys who had a mustache & dark hair.
Ended up marrying one.
Do I have a Gomez fetish? lol
(could have been worse & have a Uncle Fester fetish!) :P

Thanks for the wonderful memories. One of my favorites of that time was Here Come the Brides. It was only on for a couple of seasons, but I watched it faithfully. So much great tv back then.

I don’t recall seeing I Spy, It’s About Time, Captain Nice and Mr. Terrific on there either, not that the last 2 really that good.

And on top of all those great shows, I watched the space race, culminating in the moon landing. What a time that was.

Watched all but 3 of these all the time. Don’t remember Shari Lewis or Davey & Goliath.

The rest usually held me rivited to the set. I watched many many, probably most episodes of most of these.

What a time to grow up. And many of these I now have the DVDs for and am amazed that they lost nothing in the decades since.

And what amazes me is I also remember playing outside with my friends and cousins all the time.

How was there so much time, both for great TV and a great life?

I don’t think I would have been the same without Davey and Goliath and Lost In Space ! Also — I would be almost the same without Laugh In – and Adam 12. What an AMAZING ERA ! SO RIPE with goodness. Thanks for sharing your favorites. Also like the title cards.

This video covered a lot. I was born in 1967 so I was too young to watch these shows when they first aired, but thanks to syndication and Nick at Nite / TV Land I have gotten to know a lot of these shows. My favorites of the bunch: Batman, Munsters, Gilligan’s Island, Twilight Zone, Brady Bunch (more of a 70s show although it premired in September 1969, which just barely qualifies it as a 60s show), The Andy Griffith Show, and I Dream of Jeannie.

Born in 1957, I know all these shows first hand or in reruns – the good old days. One major one that I watched at the time was “Dark Shadows.”

My gosh, what HAPPY memories from much simpler times, but can’t ever go back; too bad, except in our dreams. The current generation will never be able to capture these simpler times; I feel sorry they missed out on the simple things in life. Wish we could turn back the clock!

I’m only in m mid 30’s, but as a kid, I remember watching alot of these shows back when we didn’t have cable and there was only about 5 or 6 channels. When it was raining or snowing and too cold to go outside, we all sit and have a family day and watch old shows like My Three Sons, Gidget, Family Affair, etc! Now I really don’t watch TV anymore, it’s all garbage. I think the TV Excets of yesteryear whould be rolling in their graves if they seen the trash that’s on TV now! Thanks for posting!

I like that they’re curvy cause its different from all the superthinn models you normally see. But maintaining a “fit” and sort of “idealistic” body like these women have and still be curvy is actually harder than just loosing fat. I bet these women work out a LOT, but they are probably a lot healthier than the thinn ones.

You are a hater. Cause the man “tiger” produce shows to give black models a chance to do there thing on the runway. You just might be a ugly model that can’t pull any people to come see you in a show. Don’t hate!

African-American/Black ladies are so attractive, it’s ridiculous. From the dark chocolate to the fair skinned, from the very thick to the very slim, from the straight legs to the bowed legs, from the full lips to the not-so-full lips, from the short hair to the natural hair to the long hair, from the thick soft legs to the slim muscular legs, from the dark eyes to the light eyes, from the sexy feminine walk to the teasing strides – I’m hooked for life.
