@glenpovey the BMI was created in an era when essentially no one had even heard of resistance training and sport activity was scarce, thus those who were a healthy BMI were skinny, those in the obese range were fat, it was a clear black and white system. Today most athletes in sports demanding a high degree of strength and power would yield results of obesity or overweight simply because of the high lean mass to fat mass ratio. BMI means nothing

I really believe my sons when my 3 year old and 9 year old shared a room. in the morning I often saw the 2 together in 1 bed , I asked the little one why he didn’t sleep in his bed. he said, I can’t stay in my own bed because of the grandpa in the towel ; he makes the room too cold to stay in my bed. @58Moonflower Some of the images in this video we can conclude that they are made because they don’t correspond with the movement of the surrounding and background of the image. But the image on the mirror is not the reflection of the camera man because the image doesn’t correspond with the shaking and moving of the camera man.

You need no expert to tell you that “the ghost” on the clock is really the reflection of the guy who’s filming and you see his left hand up to the wrist and in the middle the distorted image of a man with a camera in front of his face reflecting the light coming from the left. The distortion comes from the glass cover of the clock being round and cambered. Experts…deuh!!!
